Beijing Renze High School 2025-2026 Academic Year Teacher Recruitment Announcement
Beijing Renze High School is located by Houhai in the core area of Xicheng District, close to the Jishuitan Station (Lines 2 and 13) and Xinjiekou Station (Line 4) on the subway, with multiple bus lines such as 22, 47, and 88 running along the street, making it highly accessible.
In its first year of establishment, the school boasts a team of subject specialists composed of top-rank senior and senior teachers, master teachers and provincial-level subject leaders, and a team of young and middle-aged teachers with undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees from top “Double First-Class” universities and overseas returnees. Teaching Positions (General High School)

Requirements:
1.Full-time bachelor’s or higher degree from a Double First-Class university; master’s or doctoral degrees preferred; overseas study experience preferred.
2.At least 3 three years of teaching experience, with the most recent year spent in frontline teaching.
3.Experience as a homeroom teacher is preferred.
4.Previous experience at a top-tier Beijing high school is preferred.
5.Awarded city/district-level backbone teacher or relevant honors are preferred.
6.Strong self-learning ability and awareness of self-improvement.
7.Passion for the education as a profession.
Teaching Positions (International)
Location: Beijing
Recruiting Positions:
Mathematics, Economics, Social Sciences, ESL (English as a Second Language), Biology, Computer Science.
Requirements:
1.Overseas study experience at a QS Top 50 university, with a master’s degree or higher.
2.At least three years of frontline A-level teaching experience at an international school.
3.Possession of a domestic high school teaching qualification.
4.Ability to teach in English.
5.Passion for the education as a profession.
Teaching Support Positions
Location: Beijing
Recruiting Positions:
Laboratory Technicians (Chemistry, Biology, Physics), Party Affairs and Union Officers.
Requirements:
1.Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher.
2.Member of the Communist Party of China.
3.Experience in working in a school.
4.Experience in teaching, administrative support, or similar roles.
5.Overseas study experience or relevant work experience.
6.Passion for the education and experience in a similar role.

Recruitment Process

2. Qualification Review:

3. Interview Assessment:
For teaching positions, the assessment will include a written test, a teaching demonstration, and a comprehensive interview to evaluate the candidate’s professional knowledge and skills.
4. Signing of Employment Agreement:
After passing the interview, medical examination, and assessment, the selected candidate will be notified and an employment agreement will be signed in accordance with relevant regulations.
