Dr.Li formerly served as the Principal of the High School Attached to Northeast Normal University. She was the first Director of the Education Examinations Authority of Jilin Province, and a professor and doctoral supervisor at Northeast Normal University. She holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Jilin University and was awarded the title of Master Teacher in Chemistry. She is a recipient of the State Council Special Allowance and has been honored with titles such as National Advanced Worker in the Education System and Jilin Province Model Worker. She was also a deputy to the 12th National People’s Congress, an Executive Council Member of the Management Branch of the Chinese Society of Education, an Executive Council Member of the Specialized Commission on Future Education of the China Education Association for International Exchange, Vice President of the Jilin Chemical Society, and Vice Chair of the Academic Committee of the Jilin Provincial Society of Education. During her tenure at the High School Attached to Northeast Normal University, the school became one of the top well-known key secondary schools in the country, distinguished by its “experimental and research-oriented” educational approach. She has received the National Second Prize for Basic Education Achievements and authored the book Li Zhen and Self-Conscious Education.

Principal Zhang formerly served as the Head of the English Department and Deputy Director of the Research Office at the High School Attached to Northeast Normal University and as Executive Director of the Educational Research Center in Changchun Jingyue High-tech Industrial Development Zone. She is a Senior Teacher（High-level）in English, Provincial-level Backbone Teacher, and Provincial-level Research Backbone Teacher. Ph.D. in Education from the Faculty of Education at Northeast Normal University and a member of the second cohort of the English Subject Core Group in Jilin Province. She worked as a Master’s Supervisor at the School of International Studies at Northeast Normal University, a visiting scholar at the Institute of Education, University of Reading, as part of the inaugural Overseas Advanced Training Programme for Key Primary and Secondary School Teachers of the Chinese Ministry of Education. Principal Zhang was also an exchange teacher at Hilltop High School in California, USA, and a participant in the 67th cohort of the National Backbone Principal Training Programme of the Chinese Ministry of Education. She has received the National Second Prize for Basic Education Teaching Achievements and the Jilin Province Second Prize for Basic Education Achievements, and she is the co-author of the book Zero Distance to British Education.

Ms. Li formerly served as an Advisor to the Principal at the Daxing Branch of Beijing No. 8 High School. She is a Senior Teacher （High-level）and Municipal-level Backbone Teacher. Ms. Li has been honored with titles such as “Outstanding Provincial Teacher” and received multiple district-level excellence awards for tutoring materials.  

Mr. Ren graduated from the Computer Science program at the Design and Arts College of New Zealand and holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Management from Northeast Normal University. He worked at several large well-known educational groups, and participated in the establishment of five large primary and secondary schools and was responsible for designing the administrative and logistical management systems for newly established schools. He has extensive experience in school equipment planning, tendering and procurement, and operational management.
