In its first year, Renze High School introduced 41 high-quality faculty and staff, including 23 teachers and two teaching assistants. The team includes four Master Teachers, nine senior or higher-level teachers, and six bilingual teaching professionals. There are 16 young and middle-aged teachers under the age of 45. Among them, 87% hold their first-degrees from the universities of Project 211, 25% from those of Project 985, and 37.5% have academic qualifications from the universities of Project 985, with 31.25% of these from the top 10-ranked universities of the Project 985.
